Mary

Mary Tribble

Mary Tribble has spent a quarter century in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
For Mary, real estate is the amalgam of an interest in history (she majored in History at Washburn University, Topeka, KS), an amateur’s knowledge of architecture (a constant source of interest) and years of devotion to gardening and visiting gardens.

She is interested in housing and how to make it desirable and beautiful whether it be a 90,000 dollar exquisite row home or a palatial suburban estate. “I like houses, think about them all the time, have owned a good many of them myself. Probably my favorite in Lancaster was the big old box on North West End. We lived there twelve years, rejuvenated it I shall say, and enjoyed the garden very much. A house should be a repository of talent for every member of the family, from woodwork, to design, to gardening. I like helping people find such homes. I like it very much.

Ric

Ric Tribble

The majority of my work experience has been in sales, so it was an easy transition when I obtained my Realtor’s license. With an economics degree from Kansas State University, I feel that I am well qualified to offer my services to buyers and sellers of commercial real estate.

In addition, Mary and I thoroughly enjoy living in Lancaster City where we can appreciate the abundant supply of historic and architecturally significant homes, ranging from Early American to Victorian Era and including 20th Century styles. We put your interests first when buying or selling real estate.

JennyOrsage1

Jenny Orsag

Jenny Orsag first stepped into the world of real estate in 2010 while working in the appraisal industry alongside the president of a local real estate appraisal firm. During her time there she learned a unique set of skills that are a valuable service during real estate transactions; specializing in value, marketing, and negotiation. “I found my passion in real estate. One of my favorite aspects of this job is educating my clients on the real estate process. It’s important to me that they feel well-informed and in control of a huge milestone in their life!”

Although she spent most of her childhood in the pastoral setting of Southern Lancaster County, Jenny was born with a love for cities and moved to downtown Lancaster after college where she currently lives with her husband and two (adorable) cats.

In her spare time you can find her sipping a good cup of coffee (or wine), hosting friends for dinner parties, listening to a podcast, or playing piano with the church band on Sundays.
